Sanibel Island Fishing Guides and Charters

Sanibel Island Fishing  was busy this week with Guides and Charters.
All the Charters had great times fishing with perfect weather. The weather looks great again the next 10 days.
Sunny sky's brought out some big redfish and seatrout up onto the flats. The last couple of days Huge Sharks have shown up. We hooked a 10 footer on 20# test line. "Thats was cool". I'll try and boat a big guy this week and get some cool photos.

We had a great day fishing with the Island Inn of Sanibel.
Chris Davison and Steve Hatfield had an epic day on the water catching over the slot redfish in double digits and monster trout.

Sanibel Fishing Guides and Charters

The weather and the fishing is still warm here around Sanibel Island.
Shark fishing has picked up this last week.
Redfishing is good and the trouts are biting too.
Since the weather is so nice we might as well go hook something big right!

Captiva Fishing Charters

Fishing this week was great for the big sea trout and redfish.
Warmer water has the fish feeding better and the weather has been beautiful.
My clients also caught some nice flounder and pompano this week.
Big sharks are looking to feed in the shallow water and there always a blast to hook into.
Come visit are beautiful beaches here at Sanibel and Captiva.

Sam fished with me a couple times this week and caught nice fish.

This Sanibel pompano is the largest I've ever seen on my boat.
It weighs 6lbs.5oz. 20" to the fork of the tail!!

Fort Myers Fishing Report

Great weather here in Ft. Myers and Sanibel Island.
Water temperatures are colder and bait is scarce. I spend much of my time on the polling platform this time of year sneaking up on redfish and trout. The tides are low and the water is gin clear. Long cast with top water action is perfect in Jan. and Feb.
